Your use of Freedom Roaming
Freedom Roaming ‘Acceptable Use Policy’
In this document, ‘Services’ refers to the mobile data services you have purchased.
By providing you with an eSIM and access to mobile data services, you confirm and guarantee the following:
1. You agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is immoral, indecent, defamatory, harmful, offensive or in violation of the applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The Services may only be used with devices that are officially approved for use with the relevant Services.
3. The Services are not intended for automatic data transmission unrelated to normal user use.
4. The Services may not be used to access or distribute content that infringes the rights of third parties.
5. Use of the Services must not conflict with the provisions of this Policy, the policies of third-party networks through which access is provided, or recognised technical and network standards applicable in this field;
6. You agree to provide the information requested by us in connection with the provision of the Services in a timely and appropriate manner;
7. You agree to comply with all reasonable instructions and guidance provided by us in connection with the provision of the Services;
8. You agree to comply with the rules of fair use of the Services and, in the event of a breach, to follow the instructions for remedying the breach and continuing to use the Services;
9. You are not entitled to use any devices, either directly or through third parties, to route or redirect voice traffic or other types of communication to, from or within the Freedom Roaming network. This prohibition includes:
GSM gateways (SIM boxes);
Unlicensed repeaters used to extend coverage without our consent
Other devices designed for similar purposes
10. Neither you nor anyone else using your eSIM card may violate the integrity of the mobile data services or cause damage to the Freedom Telecom Operations network.
11. It is prohibited to use the Services for resale, offer for sale or provide commercial services to third parties based on them.
12. Freedom Telecom Operation does not control access to Services that contain age restrictions. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors are blocked from accessing such Services.
